I purchased the heated gloves as an xmas gift for my daughter. The XS size was perfect. She has already used them on several ski trips and loves them, but on the last trip, the right glove no longer heated up. I contacted customer service and received a response right away. They asked her to do testing with the battery on both gloves. She did and determined the issue was not with the battery. Savior then sent an email stating they would ship her a new pair of gloves. This is an international vendor, but the responses to my emails were very prompt. They stand behind their product and the stated warranty period. OUTSTANDING customer service!!!!! I would buy from this vendor again.

Both my wife and I have used these gloves 16 times skiing this season. They work great. All but 2 days the temps skiing were 0-22 degrees. We bought the bigger extra batteries and start our day with them. In these colder temps, the batteries lasted from 9 am to about 2pm on the middle setting. We only had to change out the batteries a couple days when we skied past 2pm. I would highly recommend getting a pair of these gloves and keep your hands warm. do get the bigger extra batteries.

Got these for a stocking stuffer for my wife. She has walked with them here in Montana several times and usually has to turn them down because her hands get too hot when walking.

I am just outside of the Chicago area and I take our two dogs for a mile or two every day. They are both 120+ pounders so each has to have their own leash. No tucking the hands in the pockets to warm them up, they both have to hold a leash. I generally get 2 - 3 walks out of a charge so I did buy an extra set of batteries to carry in my pocket if the gloves lose power halfway through the walk as 20 degree weather can get to your hands very quickly. I bought the small as I don't have large hands, They fit very snugly and most days, the gloves by themselves without being turned on are good through half the walk. It does take a little getting used to putting them on with the battery packs right at the wrist cuff but it isn't overly challenging. I haven't gotten as far as needing to clean them yet so I can't speak to that process.
